Our brewpub’s seasoned culinary crew has created a range of offerings — with contributions from our in-house butcher and charcutier — that draw on local ingredients, ethnic flavors, and artisan products. Our menu is designed to be shared and is served family style.

HAND-BUILT BREWS

Our brewing philosophy is light on lofty lines. We just dig blending classic craft with a little modern ingredient alchemy. Our brewmaster’s takes on traditional techniques create new spins on old-school brews.

OLD-WORLD CUTS

Our market will bring the service of an old neighborhood butcher shop to the center of downtown Cleveland. Custom cuts, heritage meats, and local products will all be available, along with featured daily specials.
